Decrease Coaching Fatigue.
My name is Raleigh Carter and as a gymnastics coach and gym owner with over 20 years experience I desire to improve the coaching process. The gymnastics industry can be challenging, athletes plateau and quit, coaches sacrifice and burnout, and gyms struggle to find order within the chaos. I designed and compiled over 1000 drills, skills, and progressions that I use inside both my gyms.

TRAVEL TOO LOW
Rotation begins to decrease so the athlete shrinks their shape to conserve the rotation on the fall.

The horizontal acceleration, launch angle, height, length, and timing is all proportional and in sync.
TRAVEL TOO HIGH
The rotation stalls on the rise causing the athlete to shrink their shape at the Apex in order to conserve rotation on the fall.
